Do not order from this company!! I am so frustrated with this company! I ordered an indoor player for my granddaughter for Xmas. It never came and they cancelled the order without checking with me first! I reordered the player for my granddaughters birthday in February and still have not received it. I have tried reaching out to the company several times. They supposedly sent me the shipping info but according to that I should have received it 5 days ago and have not. Now I continue to reach out and no one returns my calls or emails! I think the company is a scam! I had no Xmas or birthday present for my granddaughter and have no info on the order due to a lack of response from this company! I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau!
