Food, service and atmosphere was great. I got fried shrimp, with Mac and cheese and hush puppies all was great. My dad got fish tacos with sweet potato fries and he gave it a 15/10 lol. Overall experience was great, Westminster needed soul food place. Love the r&b music that was playing. The only thing I would have liked was the full menu available. Dinner menu starts at 4pm. Will be coming back to try the dinner menu.

Took my lady out for a bite and we decided to make a first visit to Collision Course in Westminster. Its located right on Main St Westminster in the center of town (Great Location). The town still has the trees decorated for the Holiday and it looks gorgeous. We started our meal with 2 apps, the Homemade Black Bean Salsa and Chips, and the Honey Jerk Cornbread. The salsa was a nice touch to start and the cornbread was very tasty. Not to spicy. We then split the Caribbean Grilled Shrimp and Mac Bowl. The shrimp were grilled perfect with a little pop in the bite and the seasoning was money. And in my mind you can't go wrong with mac and cheese, ever. We added two sides to sample...The Collard Greens, and the Apple Slaw. The Greens alone will bring me back many times. The owner Tony is using his grandma's receipt and they are FANTASTIC. We sipped on a German Reisling and enjoyed the eclectic atmosphere. The upbeat music playing throughout was nice. We finished off the meal with the Banana Pudding Cheesecake drizzled with caramel. Yummmm. Our server, Erica, was friendly and knowledgeable, offering her suggestions to us as first time visitors. This is a HomeTown restaurant, with Hometown owners. We will be back, and you should come visit and tell them I sent you.
Ashley and Josh were absolutely amazing!!! Ashley comes with a glowing review! she helped myself and my wife pick a drink based off of what we like. And also helped us choose AN AMAZING MEAL. Josh made an amazing Christmas pickle. And even came by to see if we liked it! Service here was amazing!! Owner even came out to say hello to us and introduce himself! 10/10 recommend.
This isn’t a quick post. I tracked everything from when I entered the restaurant until I was seated it was very beautiful and laid-back. The music was amazing.. that was with hospitality. I figured new restaurant let’s try their chicken sandwich but instead I want something totally different and tried one of their Caribbean bowls. Amazing the flavors more than a mouthful. Perfectly matched never thought I would eat chicken over grits.🤪 the food is really flavorful and you can tell that things are cooked there in the kitchen. The food speaks for itself self . Wow is understatement .please just stop in and read the menu. It will throw you for a loop ! I suggest trying something you don’t normally get ! This is the staple of Westminster dinning for sure . 100/ 100 💯 .
We had brunch at Collision Course in Westminster this weekend and it was incredible. The food was fresh, flavorful, and everything was cooked just right. We loved every bite. Tony and his wife made us feel so welcome the whole time like we were old friends. Their friendly vibe really made the meal special. If youre in the area you should definitely check it out. We will be back for sure! Highly recommend.
