I love this place. BioLife is ghetto compared to here in all ways. People here treat you with respect and kindness and they educate you on everything so you know what you're getting into. Corke is an amazing employee and they should be lucky to have her. You're in an out of there in about an hour (except the first time) which is much quicker than BioLife as they have huge lines and they can care less about the people who are donating. Trinity F assisted me in my donation and she was wonderful, helpful with a beautiful smile. I highly recommend m, 5 stars. A beautiful staff.. they take the time to make sure you are comfortable and very much a joy to see corke. She will make you feel great on a bad day without knowing you're having a bad day.. makes doing the donation fun and worth it
Line was very short and welcoming. A energetic and positive lady by the name of Corke took my vitals and ensured that I was healthy to donate and help people with my donation. A nice lady named Kenya helped me feel comfortable throughout the process while I was donating. I really enjoyed the visit at the Victorville location of CSL Plasna. I recommend you visit here if you want to make a difference. By the way another worker named Ian, asked if I was okay and if I needed anything to just ask. Such wonderful people there!

Love donating here. Ian, Corey, Bobbie, Steve, and so many of the others are just the sweetest. Yes they are busy and the waits may be a little longer at times, but considering I'm in the same line of work, the have wonderful customer service. I cannot go a visit to CSL without somebody making my day better or laugh. Many of them know me by name and that makes it so personable. Love the staff🤪😁
