Let's see this "Cindy" from the Midwest group was VERY RUDE. Said I never filled out the paperwork, which I did when they put it on, then any time I'd ask a question she/he (voice of a dude but name of a chick) would interrupt and say when you paying and how much or just say idk. If it hates its job and/ or life that much, it should do everyone a favor and just walk into on coming traffic.

Extremely rude and very unprofessional. Lied about the over all cost. Not only would they call and harass me for payment everyday but would also call numerous family members countless times in one day.

Just like his name, Dave sinnot or as I'd like to refer as Mr. Snot! Terrible service in every aspect....rude, uncaring and downright unsympathetic to any situation...its amazing how they're able to take your cold hard cash and then act like THEY DON'T WORK FOR YOU!
I dealt with Vigilnet's Lancaster office when I had my second DUI. Right before I was sentenced and due to have the SCRAM bracelet removed, I called to see if I would owe any money. I was told I wouldn't. 6 months later, I get an email saying that I have a balance and that my balance was sent to the Clerk of Courts. When I sent my payment to the Clerk of Courts, they sent it back to me saying that they don't know what it's for.
