The meats offered are mostly processed or lower-quality cuts, which detracts from the overall enjoyment of the hot pot experience. Staff are courteous and provide basic guidance for first-time hot pot diners, though the busy, casual environment sometimes leads to slower refills or overlooked requests. The atmosphere is lively but can feel crowded during peak times, which may impact comfort and overall satisfaction. Overall, SHABURINA provides a functional hot pot option in Redmond with a wide range of ingredients and a DIY experience, but the reliance on lower-quality meats and lack of refinement make it a one-time visit for me. Those seeking high-quality shabu-shabu may find it falls short of expectations.

Shaburina is our go to hot pot. Their broth is always so tasty, they have a free buffet, and their sauce buffet is elite! We have tried other places but we keep coming back to shaburina because the service is always amazing and the food is great. They have added tablets at every table to order food, drinks, or refills. It’s super easy to use and definitely a game changer. Only sad part is they now serve ice cream in a disposable cup rather than a cone. I hope they were just out of cones and this isn’t a permanent change.

This was our first time trying a hot pot or shabu-shabu restaurant, and we enjoyed it. The broth was delicious (we had the original broth) and the wagyu beef was tasty. There are plenty of fresh vegetables to create vegan entrées, too. A fun and scrumptious dinner experience!

If you love hot pot, Shaburina needs to be on your must try list! The meats are super fresh, the veggie and seafood selection is great, and the broth flavors are rich and delicious. The sauce bar has so many choices to build the perfect flavor combo. On top of the amazing food, the service is genuinely warm and attentive. The owner made sure we had everything we needed like extra broth, refills, recommendations…all with a smile. The space feels clean, modern, and perfect for gathering with friends or family on a cozy night out. From start to finish, it was an awesome dining experience. Highly recommend if you’re craving hot pot that tastes as good as it looks. We will definitely be coming back!!!!

First time coming here, it was easily located and they have retail parking with lots of space. Coming in, it took a while for someone to greet us and to get us a table (maybe they were understaffed?) Once the waiter explained how it works, everything went smoothly. The broth that we chose were original and spicy miso. The buffet bar has all the fixings from vegetables to seafood. We got the premium set, and man it was so much that we didn't order more meat. The quality of the meat was great! The sauce bar has many options to make your own sauce. If you want rice, it's included in the price. If you want to celebrate your birthday, you have to come on your birthday to get complimentary meat cake. Ice cream tasted great although very small portion. Atmosphere was nice, clean, kid friendly. Service was great and friendly, they came to check on us just the right amount. All in all, great experience and probably gonna try house combo next time. Would recommend to anyone who wants shabu2 hotpot in Redmond area.
