I recently visited one of the offices at River Point Tower in Chicago, and my experience was exceptional. Designed by the renowned architectural firm Pickard Chilton and completed in 2017, River Point Tower is a standout addition to the city’s skyline, seamlessly integrating office and retail spaces with modern amenities and stunning design features. The moment you approach River Point Tower, its sleek, curved glass facade catches your eye. This modern architectural masterpiece reflects the surrounding cityscape and adds a dynamic element to the Chicago River’s edge. The design by Pickard Chilton emphasizes both functionality and aesthetics, making it a visually striking landmark. The office I visited was nothing short of impressive. The space was flooded with natural light, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows that offer breathtaking views of the city and the river. The ground level of River Point Tower features a variety some retail options. A notable highlight of River Point Tower is its LEED Gold certification. This achievement underscores the building's commitment to sustainability, energy efficiency, and environmental stewardship. Working in a LEED-certified building means enjoying a healthier and more eco-friendly environment. Adjacent to River Point Tower is a beautifully landscaped plaza and park, providing a serene green space in the heart of the city. This area is perfect for a relaxing break or casual meeting. One of the most captivating features near the tower is a stunning sculpture by the acclaimed artist Santiago Calatrava. The sculpture adds a cultural and artistic dimension to the area, enhancing its aesthetic value. It’s a significant attraction that draws both tenants and visitors, reflecting the artistic spirit of Chicago.

Update: Per the attached pic, A. Bossaller states publicly that he is with the Brimberry Ins. Co of Spring, Tex. On June 28, I contacted Brimberry via their website, leaving email that I needed to contact A Bossaller. An out of breath speed talking Dorothy left me a voice message to call her. Which I did. She stated that she did not know of Andrew Bosssaller and gave me a 800 allstate # to call. She may perhaps want to have this insurance company go to Linked In and have Bossaller correct his information. This further proves my point of not trusting allstate empl;oyees. Recently made the mistake of switching to allstate. There were 2 allstate employees (Matthew Devine * Andrew Bossaller) involved. A month after policies issued, M Devine sent me an email indicating coverage (that I did not ask for or know that I had) needed to be activated. My reply email listed questions I had. This person promptly forwarded my questions to the other (A. Bossaller)) person who was involved in switch, and then M Devine totally disappeared from the conversation. The main actor (A Bossaller) in this transition stated he "needed time to get info together. I waited several days (I mean how disorganized is this allstate employee) and replied back answer now. Like the first allstate employee, this one also cut and ran. No further communications from either. Choice between my state's Dept of Ins or a bbb complaint. Went with bbb. allstate's reply was that I had to go their site and discuss with whomever caught my contact. allstate's reason? allstate won't communicate thru 3rd party sites, which is what their corp site would be for me as I had only dealt with my local allstate employees. Also, doing what allstate wants would involve and expose my confidential info to even more allstate employees. I have taken the stance that if allstate wants to keep everything directly internal to them (or said another way, ignore a bbb complaint) that corp allstate needs to contact their two employees who created this mess and have them clean it up! This would enable allstate to keep all internal data that allstate is so worried about from being exposed to anyone else, including their own thus far inept employees.
Beautiful building and location. Some of the best views Ive ever seen of the loop!
Beautiful architecture, well Chicago is very famous globally with the architecture. River Point is awesome. Great for walking.
wasn't much for a tourist to do here. i stopped in and barely was able to look. i quickly stepped out and kept walking. the building itself looks nice from the outside.
