We have made several purchases from Clark's starting 4 years ago when we moved to the area. I am always impressed with the quality of their products, personal touch, and exceptional delivery service. Last week, our refrigerator broke. I called several of the big box stores and, as you can guess, no one was going to deliver a new one for nearly a week at the earliest. Clark's saved the day by having just what we needed in stock and arranging a same-day delivery over the weekend! You are never going to get this kind of service and quality from a chain store.

I was looking for a washer and dryer set and was headed to Lowes an hour away when someone suggested checking out Clark's. I was very pleased with the sales folks and the owner who helped us load the units onto our truck. I saved a LOT of money, not to mention time and aggravation by shopping local. We went back later and purchased a beautiful reclining sofa. I'd definitely recommend checking out what they have to offer. Excellent products, prices, and service.

Roxanne is the best. She always goes out of her way to get you the best selection and price.

Clark’s has been our go-to for appliances since we moved to Berkeley Springs: we bought our microwave and washer/dryer a year ago, and just bought a new fridge and stove this month.
