BIRTHDAY DINNER! 8 of us experienced cafe 2825 together this Saturday night. We had a 7pm reservation and were seated right away. Everything was super delicious! We enjoyed table side Cesar salad, table side pasta heated in a cheese wheel, appetizers, entrees and desserts. Some highlights were the hot honey calamari, veal Parmesan Fra Diavlo bolognese, Halibut Orgenato (special) and more. If you have the chance to go for a special dinner, you should. AMAZING food and service!

This is our favorite AC restaurant and top 3 all around. Call 2+ weeks in advance and leave a voicemail to try for a reservation, as you will need one. It's unlikely you walk in here on a whim and get a table. It's not cheap, but as they say, good stuff isn't cheap and cheap stuff isn't good. While that isn't always true when it comes to food, this place is worth every penny. We shared the roasted beet salad. I had the fettuccine with lobster, crab, and shrimp, and my girlfriend had the wild mushroom pasta. Both were fantastic. You could sit down and say "surprise me," and whatever they serve will be excellent. We're already making plans for visit #5 and I hope to be back for many more.
I have waited too long to go here. This place is everything I expected it to be, and believe me, my expectations were HIGH. Food was phenomenal- table side pasta, mozzarella and Caesar are a must. Service is impeccable. This place is not just food- it's dining in the true sense. Beautiful experience. Cannot wait to return.
We recently dined at Cafe 2825 as a group of four for a birthday dinner. Overall, it was a decent experience, though not quite what I expected given how difficult it is to secure a reservation and the level of hype surrounding the restaurant. When I finally got through to make a reservation, I was a bit taken aback by how the conversation began. I was asked whether we were actually coming to dine or just planning to take photos and have drinks, with the concern being that servers wouldn’t make money on a Saturday night. While I understand the intention behind this, it felt like an unexpected first impression for a restaurant of this caliber. We were seated in the patio area, which was lovely but became a bit noisy once the space filled up. Drinks were excellent and well made. The service throughout the evening was attentive and friendly. The food, however, didn’t fully meet expectations for the price point. We ordered the tableside Caesar salad, and for a tableside Caesar at this level, I was surprised that anchovy paste was used instead of fresh anchovies. The flavor and presentation felt more rushed and less intentional than what I’ve experienced at other high-end restaurants, which made the experience feel more forgettable than special. My main dish was the veal chop with Bolognese, which was generous in portion, but visually and flavor-wise felt fairly average for the price. The other meals at the table were enjoyable, but none felt memorable enough to justify the effort and anticipation of securing a reservation. In the end, Cafe 2825 offers good service, drinks, and a pleasant atmosphere. However, for the cost and the difficulty of getting a reservation, I was hoping for a more standout dining experience.
OMG ! If you’re lucky enough to get a seat in this restaurant you won’t be disappointed. Don’t skip on the table-side service. We had the fresh made mozzarella - yes it’s to die for. And we followed that up with q Locatelli cheese wheel table-side pasta service. Add in a Sunday gravy entree and life is good.
