If you're looking for art for your home, whether you're recently moved to the desert or long time resident, this place has a LOT of local artists that will fit what you're looking for. They have wonderful artists working in the store, and can answer most of your questions. If you sign up for their newsletters, you can get invited to their meet the artists and some artists will have demo's for people as well. You can spend from a few dollars to thousands there is something for everyone - and then some! If you're an artist, and especially new to Tucson, consider being considered by applying. GREAT ingenuity I feel like we're in the Enlightenment Era!
A very nice selection of talented local artists. From images made out of books to wood carvings, modern sculptures, textiles, fine art photography and paintings in all forms, you really can find anything here in various price ranges. I spent about 15 minutes there because I wanted to see everything, and I got a bit of sensory overload and had to leave before I saw all the work. Pity. There might just be too much of a good thing.
I was blessed enough to be able to attend all of the community fest art days from 2023-2024. They're such sweet people and will always have open arms. I have so much fun every time I go and do art with everyone. They always greet me with a smile and a happy word. I can't wait for the 2024-2025 season of the community art fest! If you feel like you want to try it, I would say go! I'm not the best when it comes to some art but oh my it is so fun to try it!
