Gracie Westchase

Tristan Jackson, my wonderful autistic kid, recently discovered a new passion—learning Jitsu. It was his very first experience, and I couldn't be more proud of him. He loved going to this place, a space dedicated to learning and practicing martial arts, and it brought him so much joy. What truly touched me was the incredible support he received from one of the trainers. They went above and beyond to understand Tristan and provide the utmost help, ensuring he felt comfortable and included. Seeing Tristan try his best to participate, despite the challenges, was truly inspiring. It was a beautiful reminder of his strength and determination, and I am so grateful for the patience and kindness of everyone involved in his journey.

Gracie Westchase is a great place. It is very family oriented, personable and all the staff are friendly and engaging. Coaches Chad, Erin and Aiden are all experienced and they each have a different approach to training so it's a unique blend. Our son learned a lot in his jiu-jitsu classes, and also grew in discipline, honor, self esteem, self control and determination. Highly recommend.

Saw an ad on FB for an intro class and decided to give it a try. Wish I all could say it was that it was "fun" (it was) but it was also informative, both in instructional aspect as well as realizing I am SO far behind in hands on personal defense training! Big slice of humble pie was eaten that day, followed by desert of signing up for classes! I made the commitment and will be attending regularly now! Bamboo, the instructor, was friendly and informative and took time to slowly ease me into learning. And while I was completely new to this, he made it fee comfortable and natural. Taking time to explain the mechanics box the moves being shown. Over all a great experience!! And like I said, I signed up for classes and will be going as often as possible!

I came in for a Jiu-Jitsu lesson with Bamboo and it was such a great experience! I was a little nervous starting out as a beginner, but he thoroughly explained every technique and helped with my form.If you’re looking for a welcoming, beginner-friendly environment to get into BJJ, this is definitely the spot!

We have been apart of the Gracie Westchase family almost 8 years now & I can easily say it was one of the easiest decisions. Being such a highly celebrated and know gym we were nervous of how accepting they’d be - but the owner & his coaches are all just wonderful. I can’t recommend them enough!
