I did the sauna red light therapy it was good. It has Bluetooth capability which is nice to be able to listen to something while in there. Fawn is great! She explains everything and walks thru it with you. Overall great experience will be coming back!

I did the Bio Complete with Fawn. It was really interesting information! The red light with the binary rhythms was amazing. So relaxed after. Fawn has created a wonderful space with many healers and healing modalities. I also love the sound bath with M. Beautiful and a wonderful reset. Highly recommend trying out what you feel you need in this great place!

The presentation about the intelligence of water was mind blowing. Everyone ought to learn more about water and how amazing and how important of an element it is, not just for humans, but the planet as a whole. My full spectrum red light therapy with sound was the most amazing experience. The room was incredibly comfortable and peaceful putting me at ease immediately. I felt so relaxed, balanced, and refreshed afterwords . I cannot wait to go back. Also makes the best gift you can give yourself or anyone. 100% highly recommend. Wonderful sound bath experience. Teacher was caring and knowledgeable and very good at her craft. I will do this class again.
