Patients Not Prisoners

Dr. Trevor was absolutely incredible. She listened thoughtfully and helped me gain clarity and perspective while guiding me toward meaningful next steps. I’m very grateful for her knowledge and support.

If I could give zero stars I would!!! When I first started at this practice they took most insurances. Then a year later they dropped all insurances except for mine which is Blue cross Blue shield. I have great insurance. Then a few months later they dropped blue cross and started charging $100 to be seen. A year later the money hungry provider is now charging $200!!!!!! I find this so disgusting of a mental health provider. I’m stuck with this uncompassionate place because a lot of places don’t prescribe meds and these people know it. I had to go without my bipolar meds for a month because I didn’t have $200 and I did attempt suicide and fortunately I’m ok but I am suffering tremendously. I’m appalled that a mental health provider is taking advantage of people who are trying to keep their mental health in check. If they wanted a job for the sole purpose of making all the money they can no matter if they drive people to commit suicide or have mental breakdowns then they should have never became a psychiatrist! If every doctor that wasn’t happy with their contracts with health insurances dropped them people would be in a lot of trouble. This doctor clearly doesn’t care about their patients. Please don’t come here because psych meds are not to be stopped cold turkey and that’s what will happen to you if you can’t afford their outrageous fees. And the audacity when you google them they say they accept insurances! Lol They stopped accepting insurances over 2 years now!

My provider Nicole Trevor has been an absolute Godsend. She listens with compassion and I always feel like she is so positive about my healing journey! The entire staff is extremely professional and supportive. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Nicole Trevor has been kind, accommodating, and truly helpful. Chris at the front desk is smiley and personable. Nery, the office manager helped me over the phone with an issue outside of business hours. I only wish I had come sooner! FYI, they do not accept health insurance, it is self pay.

I just met Nicole at my elderly mother’s appointment, and she was amazing. So attentive, knowledgeable about my mother’s situations, and caring. Could not recommend this practice enough!!
