Mountain Roots Direct Primary Care

I had my first appointment with Dr Allen. She spent a full hour with me going over my labs, answering questions, and addressing concerns. I’m so glad that I found Dr Allen and Mountain Roots. I haven’t had a doctor be so attentive and caring in years. I’m impressed that she personally answers my emails. Also, for our community to have a direct pay option is outstanding!! I am self employed and health insurance premiums have gone through the roof!! At a time when healthcare has become so impersonal, I feel this practice is restoring what once mattered most.

When Dr. Allen left her old practice I literally cried because I didn't want a different doctor. I am so grateful to still be her patient, especially at Mountain Roots. When was the last time you called to schedule a doctor's appointment and the actual doctor answered the phone, AND you didn't feel rushed to end the call? That's what you get with this practice. No waiting indefinitely on the phone, in waiting rooms, and in cold, lifeless exam rooms. No feeling like you're part of a medical assembly line. Instead, you get a doctor who cares about taking care of you as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms, and who actually has time to do so properly. I could not recommend Dr. Allen and Mountain Roots Direct Primary Care more highly. If you're on the fence, just go for it and see what you've been missing.

Nicole Allen is by far the best primary doctor I’ve had in 30 plus years! She always has time for you, actually listens to what you have to say in order to provide the best medical care. I never feel rushed when I have an appointment and she gets back with me quickly when I call with an issue or medication refill. I’m thankful that I have her as my primary doctor!

I am so glad that I found Dr. Allen! She has been wonderful! She’s easy to get a hold of and responds back to you quickly! She listens to you! She honestly just wants to be there to help people!
