Awesome 😎 I wanted to visit this black owned bar and all my expectations were met and exceeded!!! I went alone as a 40 something female and felt completely safe. I was keen to try a few beers but it was lunchtime, so I took a flight. I live in Manchester with many breweries and I enjoy beer, especially heavy and dark beers. Everything was 100%. I only wished I could stay for longer. Highly recommended. Safe for all people, including families.

One of the best breweries I have been to in Seattle, the staff is super friendly. The seating is great and minimalist, not too fancy but beautiful. This can be a hangout joint for cyclists, as they have cool hangers of cycles too. The out door seating is also nice. Best part: the food joint Afropanman here is a separate entity but the serves the best food. I tried the cajun chicken filled patty, which is to die for. I've been to Metier tons of times in the last roughly 1.5 years and each time I'm impressed by the high energy, good vibes, and solid beers. Haven't had any food there yet, but for sure planning to soon. I honestly thought I had already left a review! 5/5 experience each time for sure. Will be back again soon.

This place is a VIBE! I came in to waste some time and bought a mimosa - AMAZING. So simply yet so satisfying. The interior is welcoming and relaxed but not raggedy. Outdoor patio is cute. Servers are welcoming. They have card games, puzzles, board games and books (one I couldn’t put down). This place is it! I will be back

There aren't many places that I'll go out of my way for. But Métier is definitely an exception. This might be my favorite brewery in Seattle. The beer is amazing. The space is inviting. The food. Oh, the food. We had the beef curry and jerk chicken okazu (essentially a savory, filled donut). Maybe you're thinking, "Oh, it's fried, isn't that oily?" No. It's not. It's crispy and delicious. The chimichurri was bright, and with the plantain...it was so delicious. But the beef curry was somehow even better. And with a fried egg, it was out of this world. I can't recommend this place more highly.
