I wanted an Apple product with a bigger screen than my iPhone so I could watch movies outside. I told them my plan & they were wonderful in taking care of my needs. I am NOT tech savvy at all, so I knew I was in good hands having purchased there before. Apple products are fixed price, so the main difference between Apple retailers is trust & service. Plus, I would rather not spend my money in a big chain but in a local business. My experience with Computer Advantage the other day was the easiest & most pleasant shopping experience for me in years & I ain’t no youngster.

I was referred to come her by Best Buy for my 2020 Mac and I called first and was helped to know my options. I brought it in that day late afternoon and it was fixed by the following day. Everything was smooth sailing. Staff are knowledgeable, happy to answer questions, and give the issue at hand the attention it deserves. Prices are reasonable! I would highly recommend and I’ll be back with my next issue!

Computer Advantage has been exceeding our expectations for the last 15 years! Not only do they sell all the electronics we want/need, they make house calls to make it all work together seamlessly. Once again, Spencer has saved the day today with a house call to repair the new TV I'm depending on for entertainment while I recuperate from a Total Knee Replacement operation. Spencer always explains the confusing subjects, makes sensible recommendations and never pushes for unnecessary "extras."
