Fun atmosphere, good bartenders, and strong drinks. Mediocre food (tastes like “mexican night” food from a college food court), but cost $25ish for basic enchiladas. The plates are big, but 60% beans and rice. I read on a review how someone was overcharged so I double checked my bill…and I was overcharged. Would go back for the drinks, but will check my bill twice.

A historic restaurant that likely gave up trying long ago. Food is tasteless and costs more than many upscale SF restaurants. Their salsa literally tastes like canned tomato sauce. Zero lime, zero spice, zero flavor in any of their food. Maybe come here for a margarita and sit at the bar, but don’t waste your hard earned money on a meal here. The servers were good, I’ll give them that.
It was the best experience of my life, I absolutely loved the place and vibe , what an amazing team here , food was fantastic and the margaritas are delicious. Our server was so amazing he kept coming and entertaining us with jokes and made my husband laugh. Fast service and beautiful decor of the restaurant and table settings . Chips and salsa are so good too . The flan is out of the world .
Killer food and strong margaritas. Fernando and Pedro are always excellent hosts. It’s always a good time at Tia Margarita!!
The beef chimichanga is delicious ! Drinks are good and strong. Will be back for sure.
