One of the coolest new coffee shops in SF. Got invited to their soft opening. The interior is absolutely stunning, the coffee is even better. The baristas are very knowledgeable, they know their craft well, akin to coffee sommeliers. Ample space to work on the computer. You can tell the owners really thought of everything when it comes to building a unique spacious and comfortable place to bring the local community together. Hardware Coffee is my new go to spot.

Cool coffee shop to work from. Enjoyed the almond chocolate croissant and the open space to work from. Lots of tables and outlets.

Great first impression!!! Had the turkey panini and the staff accommodated my request for an “Arnold Palmer”. They were both great. The panini was perfectly prepared. The toast was crunchy, thin sliced and not too dark, the turkey generous and the spread was not too thickly applied. It also included flavorful tomatoes and fresh greens. The sandwich was served with a lightly dressed salad, the perfect size. There is a selection of pastries along with coffee and other drinks, including a slushie. The seating was comfortable with a mix of smaller and mid sized tables on two levels. It was a delightful surprise since I had just left the bookshop when I saw the sign advertising a soft opening. Love this new addition to the neighborhood!

What a cool new spot in West Portal! Great coffee, beautifully done inside with plenty of space to meet and hang out-not to mention get a glass of wine :) Will become an instant neighborhood spot and based on the traffic on today’s soft opening probably more than that!

Iced latte with oat milk is 10/10 HOWEVER... the lady at the cash register was not knowledgeable about the menu when I asked what the slush of the day was... The menu is also very simple... expected a more extensive matcha option, but they only have one ceremonial match which was twice the price of the latte.
