I took intro and beginner Pilates classes here and had a great experience the studio is bright, clean, and super welcoming. The front desk person was also really sweet and friendly! Ekaterina (Kate) is amazing, so kind, patient and encouraging. As a beginner I really appreciated how she helped with my form and made me feel comfortable right from the start. Definitely coming back and would highly recommend, especially for beginners!

Finally a big and spacious pilates studio! I attended their open house and instructors walked me through how to use the reformers. Equipment is brand new which is a huge plus! The bathrooms were clean with lots of free lockers and multiple showers. Super excited that they have noon and evening classes so that I can come by during my lunch break or after work!!
Amazing experience with classical Pilates! I really loved my instructor Alaina in the morning mixed levels class. She was so attentive, kind, and detail oriented - I felt like I learned a lot. I’m surprised that we have such a big, amazing studio right downtown. Definitely stop by when you have a chance, it’s worth it! Bonus is that they have showers and private lessons too
Beautiful and spacious studio with friendly staff. Easy location to bus 🚌 to/from. I enjoyed my 1st class ($5!), and worked up a sweat while the instructor gently challenged me. 😅
I really enjoy the classes every Saturday with Maya. The instruction is thorough and she is very patient, attentive and knowledgeable. The studio is very comfortable and the staff are generally friendly.
