Shingle Masters Roofing and Construction

Exceptional Service from Todd Fries and the Shingle Masters Team! I had a fantastic experience working with Todd Fries as my sales rep. He went above and beyond from the start, even taking the time to drive me around the neighborhood to see different roof color options in person, which made choosing my roof color so much easier. Todd also gave me incredibly helpful advice with my insurance claim, encouraging me to push back where needed. Thanks to his guidance, I was able to secure additional funds toward my roof replacement. He’s not only knowledgeable but also personable, empathetic, and genuinely cares about his customers. The installation team was fast, professional, and thorough. They cleaned up everything afterward, not a single nail left behind! I’m extremely happy with how everything turned out and couldn’t be more pleased with the service. I highly recommend Shingle Masters Pros, and if you can, ask for Todd Fries. He’s outstanding!

I would suggest Shingle Masters to everyone! We had the best experience with the Shingle Masters Family. Eric might be the sales guy but he spent so much time listening and educating us on this full roof replacement. He explained every step of the process. I had so many options to pick from, he explained each option, the benefits of the options, and even helped me understand the program I was using and what I needed to send in to satisfy the program. He promised he will be there for us thru the whole process and he was Erik rolled in with the trucks and crew. Great communication on arrival time, departure and what the crew would be doing each step of the way. I was even sent pictures during the whole process!! I was a little worried when I saw some wood come off the roof, I sent a text to Eric and Kris to see if I could get some updated pictures. They both responded immediately and moments later pictures showed up. They both explained what we saw, how it was going to be fixed and my options. I have never seen a fix that addressed every angle and potential leak. The crew was fantastic! They protected my plants and the yard was spotless at the end of day one and two. They cleaned a couple times each day. I haven't found one nail, piece of roof or a little red circle in the yard! Kris, we are back to dancing barefoot under the moonlight! Dave and Sergio showed up a couple days later to complete the punch list! The fresh paint blends in perfectly with the older paint, every single piece of that roof was checked again to ensure perfection!! My Valrico home looks brand new! Thank you Eric, Kris, Dave, Sergio, Ms Dallas and the Crew!

We had a great experience with this roofing company from start to finish. The highlight of the whole process was working with Donny O. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Donny took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable with every step of the process. His communication was excellent and he kept us informed the entire time. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. The roofing crew also did an amazing job — the roof looks fantastic and they left everything clean when they were done. If you're looking for a reliable roofing company, I highly recommend them. And if you can, ask for Donny O. — he’ll take great care of you!

We had an excellent experience working with Todd and truly couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very beginning, Todd went above and beyond to make sure we understood every step of the process. He took the time to clearly explain the work that needed to be done, the costs involved, and the different options available so we could make informed decisions. Communication was outstanding throughout the entire project—there were no surprises, and we always knew what to expect. The crew on site each day was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. It was clear they took pride in their work. The finished roof looks great, and the entire process was handled with honesty and care. We are very happy with the results and would absolutely recommend Todd and his team to anyone looking for a reliable roofing company.

100% satisfied customer here with my experience with Shingle Masters Roofing! My sales rep Tod Fries negotiated well to win the business and set the expectations of which were all met. My Project Manager Kris Peterson was amazing as well with ensuring everything flowed smoothly and all needs were addressed. The crew was efficient and cleanup was great. I highly recommend Shingle Masters Roofing.
