I am finding that the office is overbooking appts or working w/o enough staff or just super slow. There was loud construction, overcrowding and the front desk staff never have a smile never greet you when you arrive. It’s not good because Dr. Stella and the other staff are great.

My prev review had ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ . now im leaving ⭐️⭐️ Basically I do not have any complaints or bad comment abt Doctor Stella and other doctors. Unfortunately, admin and scheduling have fallen beyond acceptable standards. My appointment was at 2 p.m... arrived at 1:30 p.m ...rn it's 3:45 p.m. and still “I’m going to be next" Blood drop was also a pain... front desk girl let a Russian guy skip the line... had to come not one, not two ... 3 times for a simple and routine procedure that has been flawless in the past! Now, it seems they made me take the extra wait bc they assumed I only speak Spanish...

My initial experience at the appointment was great. But then their follow up was horrible. I was told they reached out to my insurance company to get a pre authorization and they did not. I even had my insurance company reach out to them so they wouldn’t have to do anything but supply the information needed for my insurance company. I tried calling office multiple times to get a response and never did and they never returned my phone calls. I called multiple times but n a span of three weeks with multiple requests for a call and got nothing. I understand when an office can have a lot of patients they have to go thru daily. But for no one to return a call in a three week period is unacceptable. Just cancelled my follow up appointment with them cause they called to confirm if I was coming but when I called them yesterday no response. If they didn’t reach out to me they would probably try to get me with a no show cancellation fee.

I’m so grateful for this office! Amazing staff members and Doctors. They have been the first and only helped my mom manage her diabetes for a consecutive year now in her 7/8 years with diabetes. As they say 50% is the doctors and 50% my mom’s parts! But wow they really care for their patients. The office may look full for the fact that it’s all in one, they do majority of exams in the office so the office will always have people waiting. But do not let that stop you, for your health it’s important. Thank You Dr. Stella & her amazing team

Atlantic endocrinology has proven to be a place of hope. The staff is kind, caring and supportive. My mom has been struggling with her sugar for a long time and it was beginning to feel hopeless we worked with Fazil at Atlantic endocrinology and he spent almost 3 hours of his day to ensure we left that facility knowing we stood a chance. I am grateful for all their support and kindness. Thank you so much !!
