Josh, the technician, was THE BEST ! His work was very comprehensive and he expained every detail...he was also RIGHT ON TIME.....VERY RESPECTFUL OF PROPERTY...VERY FRIENDLY...OFFERED EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE on our beautiful but broken, top of the line, 7 year old, LG refrigerator freezer... Our LG refrigerator is making beautiful music again! Royal Electronics staff were super nice and kept us well informed.

LG set me up with this company, within an hour I was called by Royal, date and time set to be here within a week. Josh was here at the set time. He told us up front that it would be a lengthy visit., (we were aware of this beforehand). He was very thorough, explained everything as he worked. Josh is very knowledgeable personable meticulous and kind. When he was done he showed me some preventative measures that I can do on my own. All in all we would highly recommend him. So happy to have my refrigerator working again. Thank you so much Josh it was so nice meeting you!!
Great service! Mark & Keith did a great job installing 2 TVs w/ swinging brackets and went above & beyond to assist with App set ups and to explain everything. I highly recommend Royal Electronics!
Keith King is the best appliance service man I have ever dealt with. My poor old dryer was done for forcing me to consider a new one. But decided to have it checked out first. My call to Keith saved the day. He checked it out and said he was sure he could fix it if he could find the part for my very old dryer. After a lot of effort he found the part, fixed my old dryer, even the broken and missing handle. The day Keith arrived was the end of a big headache. Thank you Keith
This is a late review and for that I apologize. They refurbished my late father’s Bang & Olufsen Beomaster 2400 tuner (from the late 70’s) to pristine quality. This was a piece of equipment that was exceptionally important to me and they did a magnificent job. I can hear all my dad’s records and I’ve bought a few vinyls myself. Everything sounds beautiful.
