1 Hot Cookie and Ice Cream Osprey

You absolutely have to get the cookie sundae when you come here. The cookies are so soft and delicious. The two gentlemen working were so inviting and delightful. We also saw them greet who must be a regular customer by name and had his ice cream scooped and delivered to his table almost before he could sit down. Great vibes and delicious treats!

Stopped here last night for the first time and had a life-changing experience. The choice is were indefinite the flavors we're incredible and inviting. The two gentlemen that were running the place were like the coolest guys whoever lived. My choice was an apple pie cookie topped with cappuccino ice cream. The cookie was given to me fresh and hot as if small elves were in the back putting their hands in fire and then back on the cookie to warm it up. It was absolutely delightful! Stars and ribbons of celebration suddenly shot into the air and a childhood happiness took over me. to top it off, they had chico Sticks on the counter. Chico sticks! I'm talking about textbook 90s awesomeness! So definitely stop by and bring the kids! There was even a cool 1 year old there. This place creates core memories!

We are new to the area, and let me tell ya you don’t want to miss trying this place! This is our second time here and we absolutely love it for a sweet treat after dinner. The owners are super sweet and friendly! And the cookies and ice cream are delicious!! When you can’t decide, get both with many topping options! We have family coming to town and can’t wait to show them this spot!! 10/10 recommend 🍪 🍦 😋 💗

1 Hot Cookie and Ice Cream is a tidy, small hole-in-the wall shop located near Blackburn point. The gentleman who welcomed us into the shop was very nice and explained the menu to us. My wife and I both ordered milkshakes, with mine being made with cotton candy ice cream. I wish the milkshake had been a little thicker but the flavor was still good.

This is hands down the best ice cream and cookie shop I've ever been to. Honestly, it was one of the best desserts I've ever had! The warm, freshly baked cookie topped with ice cream was absolutely incredible, and you can tell a lot of love goes into everything they make. What really stood out to me was the variety of options available. I'm on a special gut diet, so finding treats I can actually enjoy isn't easy. I was so excited to see gluten-free and dairy-free choices that were just as delicious as everything else. The dairy-free ice cream was amazing, and the gluten-free cookie completely exceeded my expectations. The owner was incredibly friendly, the atmosphere was welcoming, and every bite was worth it. I'll definitely be back regularly!
