Work Hard Dress Right

I had a fantastic experience at this store! From the moment I walked in, Caldonia greeted me with such amazing energy. She went out of her way to offer help and made sure I was completely satisfied with my order before I left. It’s rare to find such genuine customer service Caldonia truly made my visit special!

The hours are atrocious. How are people supposed to have time to pick up their orders (that notifications about go into spam because of the sheer amount of spam texts that get sent about random garbage) when they're only open Mon-Fri during regular work hours? Every transaction in store also takes at least 15-20 minutes to do because of how poorly made the point of sale system is made. Who has time to deal with this? The selection is also minimal in store in most sizes, and ordering online doesn't allow you to use your stipend unless you spend it on the extremely poor quality "program wear".

Idk how Yale is affiliated with this company. They need to bring their business elsewhere. I placed an order in person on December 4th. I never received any email confirmation. I'm patient. A month goes by with no correspondence. I start reaching out over phone but nobody picks up the line and nobody ever returns calls. I've left emails that go I responded to. When I finally do get in contact with somebody, I get vague responses "your scrubs are somewhere in NJ but that might not be right so they could be in a box somewhere." And then "somebody will be texting you about your scrubs." That's it. No time line. No order number given. No confirmation email. Nothing. So I ask, "am I just supposed to wait around for somebody to text me?" With no response to that email. Another week goes by and still no response. I'm patient and kind, I'm trying not to get mad at the person who finally picks up a phone and has no information to give me, bc I know it's not their fault but *what the hell is going on?* This whole process is crazy and so unprofessional. Yale needs to take their business elsewhere. I don't even know who to leave a complaint with at this point bc the emails go nowhere.

Worst shopping experience ever, Yale should not be working with this company. Had to wait two months for my shirt and they still messed up the embroidery. I have been waiting 3-4 months for pants and have called twice now, both to no avail. They said they would get back to me and never did. I am writing this review as I stand in a 20 minute line at this store, hoping to get my pants !

From start to finish I had a great experience in the uniform store. I’m always hesitant due to the lines but despite one cashier. He was able to help everyone and not have any of us feel rushed either. I was given varied designs and sizes to try on which I really appreciated as well!!
