Mercer Head Spa

This Spa is good for a nice treat. Great place for an R&R day. They do spend good amount of time on styling hair but for a lot more $. The next day my hair was really sticky from the hair sprays. The signature treatment is alright, I don't think the price is justified though. The client education would've been nice but they don't offer it unless asked but it's not very informative. I feel that it maybe because they don't have in depth knowledge (?) To my questions, I just got really vague answers. Overall customer service is great!

I have absolutely loved every experience I’ve had at Mercer Head Spa. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels calming, beautiful, and intentionally designed. Every room is thoughtful and relaxing. The experience begins with a scalp analysis and personalized product recommendations before moving into one of the most relaxing scalp massages I’ve ever had. The products smell amazing and leave your scalp and hair feeling refreshed, clean, and lightweight afterward. I highly recommend adding the steamed eye mask and a blowout to complete the experience. It truly feels like a reset for both your hair and your mind.

I’ve been coming here since they opened and I absolutely love the service that I bought a yearly membership. The spa feels so serene and is just a great place to relax. Besides the relaxing element, they focus on scalp and hair health and my hair has never looked or felt better. I’ve only ever booked with Justin and they are amazing! Super knowledgeable and knows my hair concerns. Highly recommend to everyone in the area or are looking are a great place for a head spa!

I’ve been trying to find a head spa in the States that feels like the ones I loved in Korea, and this place seriously delivered. They use Milbon products, do a full scalp analysis with a camera (kind of wild seeing your scalp that close), and customize everything based on what you actually need. It wasn’t just a quick shampoo either — they really took their time with a deep cleanse, treatment, and a legit massage. My hair already felt lighter right after, and the whole experience was super relaxing without feeling rushed. The best part? My hair feels way less greasy now and stays fresher for longer. Do you see my before and after?????!!!! My specialist Justin worked not just my head but my neck and shoulders too, and I didn’t realize how much tension I was holding until they got in there.
