Daré Vita Café

I visited Daré Vita Café while in Las Vegas and it ended up being one of my favorite meals of my trip. I ordered the Hey Reuben crepe with a side salad, and it was absolutely delicious. The corned beef pieces were perfectly sized, tender, and full of flavor. For dessert, I had the fruit crepe cake (I might be getting the name wrong), and it was phenomenal. Light, fresh, and beautifully put together. I also had the pleasure of meeting Margie, the owner. She was so warm and pleasant, and you can tell she pours her heart and soul into the cafe. The place was spotless and welcoming, highly recommend!

I had a lovely lunch at Dare Vita cafe. I found this cafe while I was traveling for work, and I needed a gluten and dairy free spot to eat as it is a bit difficult to find unique places in Vegas! The entire cafe is gluten free and the menu is well marked with any allergens or vegetarian options. I had the Hey Ruben with turkey and vegan cheese on the original crepe with the sweet potato soup. I also had a turmeric shot, lime and mint water, and brownie (I wish I could have a dozen of there wonderful brownies!). It was all very flavorful and fresh. Good sized portions for the price point. The owner and staff were lovely to talk to and very informative. I highly recommend this spot to anyone who has allergies and is looking for unique and high quality food. It is only about 15 minutes by car from the Las Vegas strip. I will definitely come back when I am in town!

I really enjoyed lunch here. I had a pumpkin crepe with ham, spinach, and mushrooms. The salad was different, apple, celery, and sunflower seeds were some of the ingredients. I tasted my friend's curry, very flavorful without being spicy. I look forward to at least four more visits so I can try items that caught my eye.

I had the most beautiful experience at Daré Vita Café and I can’t recommend it enough. First of all, this place is truly something special. Everything on the menu is 100% gluten-free (and so much more, grain-free, clean, and allergen-friendly), which is incredibly rare and such a gift for anyone with sensitivities or just wanting to eat really clean, nourishing food. But what really makes this place stand out is the heart behind it. I had the chance to talk with the owner, and she is just the sweetest soul. Hearing her story, how she created this space because her own children struggled with severe allergies, made the whole experience even more meaningful. You can feel that love and intention in everything they do. The food itself is absolutely delicious, fresh, vibrant, and you would never guess it’s made with such clean ingredients. It’s the kind of place where you leave feeling good, not weighed down. And the space? So cute. Bright, full of natural light, and just has this warm, welcoming energy that makes you want to stay and soak it all in. This isn’t just a café, it’s a place created with purpose, care, and so much heart. I will definitely be back! If you are gluten-free and dairy-free, you need to check this place out!!

Such a fun breakfast/lunch spot! The food is healthy, and I felt good after eating!!!! Cannot wait to go back!
