Cleveland Clinic - Lakewood Family Health Center

Parking (annex bldg) isn't free, and it's usually quite busy, so you might have to go up and up the ramps... but not nearly as congested/far/complicated as in the clinic's main campus. Only the first hour is free, so don't arrive too early! You experience here will depend on the caregivers. Mine today made my day, and I'm grateful.

i was told i had to come in to simply refill a prescription because it had been a year since i last saw the doctor. i wasnt allowed to do the appointment over the phone. when i got there they asked if I would be ok with a student coming in with the doctor. I said that's fine but then the student came in before the doctor separately and I had to repeat myself all over again to the doctor afterwards. i was asked about my entire history including things totally unrelated to the prescription I came in for. and 80% of the questions were things I already told them during my last appointment but it seems they didn't take notes/ put it in the computer system. this appointment was just for a (low dose) muscle relaxer which you can just buy off the shelf in stores without a prescription...they had me in there 57 minutes. never coming back here

If I could give 0 stars I would. Nurses/MAs have air pods in and smell like weed and smoke when giving care to our 2 month old baby. The MA gave an INCORRECT dose of a vaccine to our 4 month old, and at our next appointment, that same MA was the one who called us back to the room, after the doctor claimed to do a report against her. This place is a nightmare and should be avoided at all costs.

Ari at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. I arrived and my appointment had been cancelled without my knowledge, so I was asking questions for clarity. She mouthed off at me as I walked to the imaging desk stating I was giving her attitude. After dealing with much better care at the imaging desk, I requested Ari's name on the way out. After sharing her name with me, she shouted at me that I was extremely rude as I was walking away. I asked her what I did and she could not give an answer. I stated I was asking questions for clarity. I did not give her attitude, insult, or do anything to provoke this response. As someone who has worked in customer service and health care for years, I am astonished someone feels comfortable treating anyone, let alone and unwell patient in this manner. Her coworkers even nodded in agreement as I elaborated on the ways in which she was unprofessional and uncompassionate. I didn't start either issue but she seemed to have a problem with me for no reason. Her behavior was disgusting and someone needs to hold her accountable for this - If she was this comfortable treating me this way, I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Untill the new facility is up and running this place is very quite and actually very relaxing to come too. Free valet parking as well. Something that is so unheard of for a Cleveland Clinic Facility. No one should ever have to pay for parking at a hospital.
