Scheduled to have our pool liner looked at for repair last Friday. They never called and never showed up. Everyday they have said someone will be out since then. No calls, no one shows up. When we call them, the office can't tell us anything, they don't know where the tech is, they just kept saying tomorrow. Well, no one has shown up yet and they still never call for any change of schedule or to let you know anything. The only time we ever spoke with them was when we contacted them. We cancelled, not a very professional way to operate. Zero communication, seems very unorganized. Kicker is the pool is literally less than a mile from their office. Went with another company and actually got a phone call to confirm our appointment.

call got a price on install my pool liner the lady on the phone was so nice and gave me a price around 2000.00 18 x 36. when I was ready for them to install the liner call back and I talked to a man (thank his name was Chris not 100% on name I am 71 and older) this time they told me that could not put in the liner if I didn't buy the liner thru them. So I was lied too are they just to make a another 800.00 on liner. got a great honest man to put in liner for the price they quoted. his name is Paul Beals if need work on pool, he lives in Elizabethton
Wasn't sure what all I needed, but the lady that helped me. Got it right. Very pleasant experience. Will be returning.
Tri Cities Pool and Spas did an amazing job on our pool! They showed up on time, worked hard, got the job done. The cover, vacuum, etc we received were also top quality. They were friendly, helpful and no non-sense. If you are considering a pool, go for it! The memories made with family are worth it!
Rich and Dustin were great. Rich came out on a busy week and trouble shot the pump not priming, the same day we called. Dustin came back out to do warranty work on our heater and some leak and rewiring. They knew what they were doing and solved all of our pool problems. We recommend them and will use them again.
