Dave's RV Center

In late May this year my wife and I purchased a used 2018 Newmar Bay Star Sport from Dave's RV Center in Danbury, CT. It is a family run business and it proved to be a great experience. It was a no pressure environment where all of the staff in all departments were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. As part of the buying experience we were invited to spend the night in the RV to test out all the systems. We took them up on that and any issues we raised were immediately resolved. They even made some modifications that we requested as part of the purchase and they were happy to do it. We just returned from a camping trip in our new RV and couldn't be happier with it and the whole experience. We would highly recommend Dave's RV Center if you are looking for a new/used RV or have any other RV needs.

We purchased our first Newmar from Dave's and it was a great experience. My wife and I had been looking at various class A motorhomes and met Dave Jr. at an RV show. Even after assuring him we were NOT in the market, but just looking he took the time to talk with us for over an hour. About a month later, Dan came across a Newmar Bay Star that was in great condition and was a fantastic starter RV. No pressure tactics, just letting us know it was available. Really great experience from start to finish.

Called and Dave jr was very personable and friendly. He's knowledgeable and very professional. Our furnace stopped working right before one of the coldest days of the year. Dave and his crew, Corey and the rest are fantastic. Joy works the phones and keeps the place humming. We are 100% comfortable having our Newmar Essex repaired and updated at this facility. We are made to feel like family, you could not ask for a better team to help with repairs or regular maintenance.
