Handberg Marine & Marina

This place is a must see in Crane Lake. It’s truly a marina, but I go here for ice cream and souvenirs. The nicest staff! And trust me when I say that a one scoop ice cream is a HUGE amount of ice cream! We went with friends (and kids) and there is nice areas to sit outside to enjoy the ice cream. The souvenirs are great quality—you get what you pay for. Not cheap, however I’d much rather pay more for quality. I’d say the prices are what I would expect to pay for good quality items. They have an awesome selection of hats, T-shirts, and sweatshirts. Great place to stop by car or boat. They have a good supply of drinks and grocery items.

Stop here on the way to Scout Camp. Laurie treats everybody like family. Great place to do business with.

Handbergs is amazing! I worked specifically with John, one of the owners, when buying a new motor for my boat, and had outstanding communication the whole process. He also took the time to personally show me all the specifics of the motor and boat, and even cleaned the boat before I picked it up. The motor is beautiful and my shopping experience with Handbergs was superb. They have so much more to their outfit too - a cute store, ice cream, bait, you name it!

We rented a boat as completely unexperienced boaters and Lori took the time to make sure we were both comfortable and equipped to have a great time in Voyageur. Some of the best customer service we have ever received. Can't recommend highly enough.

Second year using Handbergs services and they treat us like we’re their best friends from school. They’re simply the best. They have the things you need whether it be food, ice, bait, tackle, boat repair, and ice cream. And the whole crew are eager to help.
