Super friendly staff and the food was good. Steak prices a little high and only 3 selections. But a great menu otherwise and generous portions! We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

There was no welcome. It took staff just under 10 minutes to acknowledge us in any way. Nobody smiled. The appetizers were the best part of the meal. The fish was terrible. My family said their food was over salted and the beef was overcooked. The server didn't even say thanks for the tip. No smile or anything.
Was very disappointed. Ordered appetizer 1st, but didn't come out right away. She brought our salads 1st. Our Potatoes were cold, meat was overcooked and tough, mushrooms were burnt and they didn't know how to make my drink properly. Some of the lettuce was brown. Asked to have appetizer 1st. Asked for brown gravy on our potatoes.
Five stars? You bet your boots bud. Located on a mostly deserted, architecturally beautiful old downtown street is a place you don't find too often here in the Midwest or anywhere for that matter. Friendly staff, killer food at super reasonable prices. How about a 14 oz ribeye, baked potato, corn, house salad and in-house made roll that is to die for, all for $26.75 (market price). My son had a great pulled pork sand with fresh cut fries on you guessed it, house made bun. Nice selection of micros on tap as well. If you find yourself in this corner of the state, I couldn't recommend this spot more!
Service was great, 5$ margarita was on the sweet side but great. Pizza bread is very soft, deep dish style. Fries were almost unsalted and a bit floppy. Ranch is excellent. Onion rings were excellent. Tater Kegs were great, they're a little hot on the inside, like pizza rolls, be careful. The Tarp burger is great except for the chicken, I got basically a nugget, not what I'd call a chicken strip. See in the pictures. Fried pickles were great, burger patty was great, bun was toasted. But a double cheeseburger is probably a much better value than the Tarp. That chicken got way smaller, there was an older review picture with a big ol chunk of chicken on it and that was my expectation. The fries were lackluster. Everything else was good or great.
