Taylor's work ethic is pristine to say the least. I called him last minute because my previous contractor bailed on me last minute because of a disagreement in our contract. Sound Septic Solutions came in and not only worked overtime into the evening two days in a row but budded the project out and a substantially lower price then the previous contractor! Thanks Taylor's (and employees)!!!
I hired Sound Septic for a drainfield expansion and paid $2500 up front. He assured me the job would be done the next week. He ghosted me for a month and did not respond to any texts, calls, or emails. After a month, he texts saying he needs to find out when parts will be delivered. Then again nothing. Avoid.
