. We are comfortable residing in our place for over 8 years ((amenities and all.)Whenever " something needs fixing" we put in the requests and the job gets done. If any major issues arise such as a need for major building repairs management sends us updates as to what is being done to rectify the situation. Also, as far as other... various major concerns in affecting our Residence Community our Tenant Association keeps a line of close communication with Avanath alerting management to rectify major concerns in our building community.

So much has occurred that I don't know where to begin. Additionally, I am not certain which combination of discrimination that I have been experiencing for the past year....was it classism, agism, anti-military veteran, antisemitism? Nonetheless, over the past year, literally, the apartment management company and participating employees have repeatedly ask me for lots paperwork each month with at least two or more requests and contacts each month....while asking every two-three month if I want to close my application. No, I do not want to close my application. Furthermore, originally they showed us a two bedroom apartment, then downgraded us to a one bedroom, which they also showed us, and now to a studio apartment. And then again asking if I want to close my application....No, I do not. Has anyone else felt discriminated by the management group?

Really appreciate the resident services and the thoughtful programs they host—makes a big difference! The building itself is beautiful, and the location is super convenient. Overall, a great place to live!

Good building. Nice apartments but incredibly bad management. A long standing tenant did not receive their deposit back. Unable to reach them on the phone. They will make every excuse in the book to avoid you. Completely unacceptable customer service for a building. Oh and plenty of construction noise for a very long time. Beware.

Love the property. It’s been fun!
