SALT 2.0

Today I ordered Salt2.0 while my mother was visiting from halfway across the country. She has a restricted diet. I ordered online. Left a note about Cheese. The employees were unable to accommodate my request and they picked the phone up, called me and was able to adjust the order. I picked up the order, thanked the staff who specifically said ‘I Hope your mother and everyone else enjoys!’ Felt genuine and meaningful. I’ve been an inconsistent customer of salt for over a year now. Will always be one of my favorite spots.

I have been wanting to stop in to Salt 2.0 and finally had an opportunity last week . I had the Harvest Bowl which exceeded my expectations even the beets were yummy! I headed back today and with the help of the super staff landed on the black bean and sweet potato Wrap! Not sure what was better! Both fresh and super delicious! Location is super clean and staff has been outstanding!

So delicious and so fresh!! We decided to meet for lunch and try someplace new. This did not disappoint! Cute ambiance inside, super nice staff and delicious, yummy lunch. We shared the Philly quesadilla and I had the chicken club wrap. Can't wait to come back and try more on the menu!

**Edited** Salt co needs to step in and do an actual remodel or just give up in this location. Having been to a different Salt 2.0 I can say this one is a major step down. Theres no food counter Edit* (akin to places like buckaboos, Chipotle etc where you can see the items as they prepare your order. Everything is hidden in back) at this location so you can't even see what youre options look like before you order and staffing is bare minimum. When i went it the place was empty and the vibe just wasn't there. I ordered a quesadilla since they're nearly foolproof to pull off and boy was i wrong. This was one of the worst ones I had ever come across. Tasted bad all around and does the cheese come in frozen because something tasted freezer burned without a doubt. 1st and last visit to this location and after expecting better from the other one I visited. I hope anyone reading this hears me when I say, avoid this place. Even salsa fresca down near Stews is wayyyyyy better and they are just mid in my book. Run don't walk, far away from this place lol. Today I decided to try Salt 2.0 for lunch. Since I work nearby in Brookfield. It was amazing!!! I had the tuna poke bowl. I will definitely be a regular.
