Nice cafe with a nice breakfast menu. Cafe tastes good. Food was also fine. Unfortunately there is no porcelain for in-house consumption. The plastic bag? which serves as a plate is so small that eating is difficult. Service is very friendly. Guy’s you have so great ingredients and food…avoid making so much trash! Sustainability is key in 2026!! Go for it! You will make it!

I paid $30 for a chicken salad and latte. They gave me two boxes separating the items. Why? Now I have to carry two boxes back to the office AND it works against their green mentality because I throw away two things. Included was the worst latte I have tasted in months. And they served it in a cup that's way overthinking it at my expense. Stop overthinking your businesses and just make it easy for your good food to stand out.
There is a clear difference in the liquid level & quality consistency between the 2 smoothies I ordered (Cacao Cloud & Pistachio Power). Pistachio Power was not filled to the rim, and it tasted kind of… lukewarm & runny? It was quite disgusting for a smoothie. I expected it to be colder or at least with some crushed ice. The Cacao Cloud was good. I walked in around 10:45AM. 2 tables seemed to already have food & drinks served. There were a few online orders as I could see. Regardless, a 20-minute wait for 2 smoothies was too long. I have read about the comparisons to Erewhon smoothies, and unfortunately I don’t think Sano is anywhere near that. First & final time for me. Take care.
Love this place! I stop by for a morning pick-me-up pretty frequently, and would recommend others do the same. The drinks are always delicious, staff is always super welcoming/friendly, and place is always very clean. Wait time is usually only like 5m, and while it can get pretty crowded around lunch, my wait has never been longer than 20m.
This place is unreal- everything is so delicious. Excellent coffee, smoothies (would recommend Pistachio Power!), Acai bowls and salads! Staff is so friendly. Bonus- they are on InKind.
