Beard's Cove has the absolute worst board..let alone the management co. Animals are roaming..if they arent roaming they are caged as are chickens, dogs and various other animals. There is zero attempt to follow the least amount of humane animal treatment for many residents of this community and yet we pay dues!? Dog barking 24/7 for years..nadda. out of sheer neglect. Also, zero matching accountability for all lots. Some lots have caged animals living in their own excrement, many at a time crowded into a small confinement Cars, garbage and trash littered everywhere for years...yet the situation doesnt improve. Mason county has zero animal control officer. Sheriffs are simply to busy and unable to really do to much even if they wanted to. I would NEVER move to Beard's Cove.

The HOA does nothing but collect fees. There's literally a bunch of meth heads roaming around constantly and nothing is done about it. Pretty sure the culdesac is running a chop shop. Cats and chickens everywhere. I lived in Spokane section 8 housing with a better community than this.
Should probably not be considered an HOA. The few that pay huge fees making up for those who pay nothing with one (actual, they will tell you there are 5 or something but they are just garbage covered ugly lots that never get mowed) crappy park and an ok pool weighed down by rules.
The address is someone's home. The phone number is disconnected. We drove up and down every street without finding it. We asked people walking and their directions were wrong.
