I was in a last minute bind to get shoes for my child and this shop saved the day. While my purchase was slightly more expensive than what I could order off Amazon, getting the right fit and quality was worth it. Bonus is the ability to support a small local business. Great customer service, cozy shop and education/ explanation for a newbie dance mom. 😅

I purchased tap shoes for my daughter online; right size, WRONG fit. We stopped by Dance Trendz and I was very pleased with the large selection of dance shoes that they have. The store associates were knowledgeable and helpful, taking the time to go through inventory to ensure my daughter had the right fitting shoe. The dance shoes are high quality and were reasonably priced, that I also picked up some jazz shoes. I will definitely return for all of my daughter's dance wear needs!

My friend and I came in to look for flats, leotards, and wrap skirts for ballet and did not have the best experience. Selection was limited, there were many leotards for little girls but not a big selection for adults. What was even more difficult was the fact that the gentleman who “helped” us did not seem to want to help. We asked to try on some flats and asked where we could sit to do so and with no words at all he pointed at a stool behind us. There was a perfectly good couch but it was occupied by a woman who seemed to be eating her lunch in the middle of the store. We came all the way from Tacoma and our experience was very disappointing. We really want to support in-person dance stores, but the limited selection and poor customer service makes it unlike we will come back.

Have gone here for years. Its closest to my home. So we got fit for shoes. When they came in we were called and picked them up. Especially more of the expensive shoes. You want them to fit correctly.

Wow! Super impressed with the customer service of this business! Came in looking for a first pair of tap shoes in August for my daughter who is attending college and needed a pair of tappers for a class. Didn't have her size in stock, but ordered the correct pair and had them shipped to her at college! Daughter wore them exactly one month in class and one of the tappers split in two! Contacted the shop, told them what happened, and asked if they would consider a refund/replacement. Within a day they had contacted the manufacturer and confirmed that they would replace them AND ship them to her at college...again! Customer service like this is why you should be shopping here!
