New ice cream store will open in East Moline

5 hours agoDowntown East Moline is getting a new destination for ice cream lovers as Just Us & Treats celebrates the opening of its new shop at 820 15th Ave., a news release says.
The community is invited to join Just Us & Treats and East Moline Main Street for an official ribbon cutting at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 22, followed by a grand opening celebration at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 26.
The ribbon cutting will officially welcome Just Us & Treats to downtown East Moline and give community members, friends, family, fellow business owners and local leaders an opportunity to celebrate this new addition to the downtown business community.
The celebration continues Saturday with an afternoon of family fun, including:
- Face painting from 2-4 p.m.
- Music
- Photo opportunities
- Giveaways
- Just Us & Treats merchandise for sale.
Downtown East Moline continues to grow with new businesses and new reasons for people to come downtown. East Moline Main Street is excited to welcome Just Us & Treats and celebrate this next chapter of downtown with the community.
The public is invited to both celebrations.
