Clinton looks to other communities to determine data-center regulation

Clinton City Council members are looking to other communities as they consider how to regulate data centers.

Two council members traveled to New Albany, Ohio, this week to learn about data center impacts. They discussed water use, noise, lighting, infrastructure and long-term oversight.

The visit comes as Clinton debates new data-center regulations. The city plans public sessions to gather more input before finalizing an ordinance.
