Charges of possession of guns, ammo, drugs dismissed for Wolvert

Felony charges of possession of ammo/firearm and fifth degree possession of a controlled substance were dismissed against Joshua Thomas Tyson Wolvert, 41, Little Falls, in Morrison County District Court. The charges stemmed from a May 20 incident.

The charges were dismissed due to vehicle search issues, according to County Attorney Brian Middendorf.
