Charges of possession dismissed for Kislenger

2023-09-29

A felony charge of fifth degree possession of a controlled substance was dismissed against Kyler Jacob Kislenger, 20, Little Falls, in Morrison County District Court. The charge stemmed from a Feb. 24 incident.

The charge was dismissed due to vehicle search issues, according to County Attorney Brian Middendorf.
