Search for next Celina Economic Development Corporation director down to final candidates
The search for the next director of the Celina Economic Development Corporation is nearing an end. According to the city of Celina, two candidates were interviewed this week for the position. A decision on who the director will be has not been announced, and the names of the candidates have not been released. A meeting will take place over the next week to discuss the candidates. Once a candidate is offered the position, the decision will need to be ratified by the Celina City Council. The next council meeting is May 14, but it is not known if the candidate will be on the agenda.
