17-year-old facing more than 30 years in prison after killing central Pa. man
A 17-year-old who shot and killed a man in Lancaster County was sentenced to 32 ½ years to life in prison, authorities said. Elijahuwon Brown, of Lancaster, was sentenced for shooting and killing Rolando Rivera, 23, in August 2021, in the 500 block of Third Street.
