Balloon release for 6-year-old family say was killed by mother’s boyfriend
ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) -Family held a balloon release for a six-year-old that was police say was murdered. Tobias Perkins Junior, also called TJ, was brought to Atlanta Fire Station 14 unresponsive on March 19th, according to Atlanta Police. They say life-saving efforts were made, but Perkins was pronounced dead at the hospital.
Lawrenceville man arrested after running from deputies at Georgia prison
