OFFICERS ORIGINALLY BOOKED BRADLEY ON SECOND DEGREE MURDER MONDAY. INVESTIGATORS SAY SHE HIT 42 YEAR OLD CHRIS KHAMIS IN AND 45 YEAR OLD RONALD GONZALES WAS IN A GRASSY AREA OF THE LARGER APARTMENTS WHERE SHE LIVED. BOTH MEN DIED AT THE SCENE. THIS IS A SIX COUNT COMPLAINT. 27 YEAR OLD TAYLOR BRADLEY APPEARS IN COURT VIA JAIL CAMERA, SOMETIMES YELLING AS THE JUDGE READ THE SIX CHARGES AGAINST HER. YOU DID KILL RONALD GONZALES. RIVAS PURPOSELY AND WITH OVERT AND PREMEDITATED MALICE. NO COUNT ALLEGES ON MARCH 27, 2023, YOU DID USE A MODEL AS A DEADLY WEAPON WITHOUT ANY. IN COURT, WE ALSO LEARNED INVESTIGATORS BELIEVE THERE WAS A THIRD MAN AT THIS SOUTHEAST LINCOLN APARTMENT COMPLEX THAT BRADLEY ALLEGEDLY TRIED TO RUN OVER COUNT FIVE. YOU DID ATTEMPT TO KILL ROBERT SARGENT PURPOSELY WITH DELIBERATE AND PREMEDITATED MALICE, ACCORDING TO COURT DOCUMENTS. WITNESSES AND VIDEO SURVEILLANCE INDICATE BRADLEY DROVE HER CAR OFF THE ROAD 20 TO 30 YARDS INTO THE GRASSY AREA NEAR THE LARGE APARTMENT CLUBHOUSE. SHE ALLEGEDLY RAN OVER 45 YEAR OLD RONALD GONZALES RIVAS AND 42 YEAR OLD CHRISTOPHER KARMAZIN. BOTH WERE LONG TIME EMPLOYEES OF THE APARTMENT MANAGEMENT COMPANY. BRADLEY WAS STOPPED A FEW BLOCKS AWAY AND ARRESTED. A MAKESHIFT MEMORIAL OF FLOWERS NOW RESTS BY THE PICNIC TABLES NEAR WHERE THE MEN DIED. YOU CAN SEE TIRE MARKS IN THE GRASS. IT’S UNCLEAR IF THE THIRD MAN, WHO WAS 48 YEARS OLD, WAS ALSO AN EMPLOYEE AT DELIVERY. A 27-year-old woman who is accused of killing two men at a Lincoln apartment complex now faces a charge of attempted murder as well.On Monday afternoon, Taylor Bradley allegedly struck two maintenance workers with her vehicle near The Lodge Apartments, located near South 48th Street and Old Cheney Road, according to Lincoln police.Bradley, who was taken into custody for second-degree murder, now faces two counts of first-degree murder as well as attempted first-degree murder, according to court documents.She's alleged to have "purposely located" the victims, identified as 42-year-old Chris Karmazin and 45-year-old Ronald Gonzalez, in a grassy area near the clubhouse and hit both of them with her vehicle, according to authorities. A 27-year-old woman who is accused of killing two men at a Lincoln apartment complex now faces a charge of attempted murder as well.

On Monday afternoon, Taylor Bradley allegedly struck two maintenance workers with her vehicle near The Lodge Apartments, located near South 48th Street and Old Cheney Road, according to Lincoln police.

Bradley, who was taken into custody for second-degree murder, now faces two counts of first-degree murder as well as attempted first-degree murder, according to court documents.

She's alleged to have "purposely located" the victims, identified as 42-year-old Chris Karmazin and 45-year-old Ronald Gonzalez, in a grassy area near the clubhouse and hit both of them with her vehicle, according to authorities.
