TODAY, STATE LEADERS GATHER TO DEDICATE THE NEW CHIEF STANDING BEAR JUSTICE ADMINISTRATION BUILDING IN LINCOLN. GOVERNOR PETE RICKETTS SPOKE AT THE DEDICATION.
