Man arrested after authorities serve search warrants at northern Nebraska homes

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A man was arrested last week after Nebraska authorities served search warrants at two homes in Holt County, O’Neill Police said Monday.

On March 7, officers served warrants at homes in O’Neill and Inman, which is about 8 miles southeast of O’Neill.

Nebraska State Patrol troopers, Nebraska Game and Parks officers and Holt County deputies also helped serve the warrants, police say.

Authorities then arrested 38-year-old Marquis Bull of Inman, according to police.

He was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance with the intent to deliver near a playground, possession with intent to deliver an imitation controlled substance, possession of a deadly weapon by a prohibited person, possession of less than 1 oz of marijuana and driving under suspension.

Bull was taken to the Holt County Jail.

A 28-year-old O’Neill woman was also arrested, but police say she was released and will have charges pending.
