LIMINGTON (WGME) -- A Maine man is accused of breaking into two homes in Limington over the weekend.
The York County Sheriff's Office says around 2:40 a.m. Sunday a homeowner on Moody Road in Limington called for help after a stranger broke into their home and was rummaging through things in their bedroom.
The homeowners had to hide in a bathroom while they called police.
When deputies arrived, the intruder had left the home but they got another call from a nearby home, reporting a similar incident.
Deputies say they went to the second home where they found an intoxicated 30-year-old Justin Moran of Limington.
Moran was arrested and charged with two counts of criminal trespass of a dwelling. He was taken to the York County Jail where his bail was set at $400.
He is scheduled to appear in Springvale District Court on Monday.
