Samuel B. Milhorn, 42, was charged with driving under the influence and child endangerment.
According to Sheriff Keith Sexton, deputies made a traffic stop on a vehicle traveling on Highway 81 north in the Fall Branch area. The vehicle was observed traveling erratically and was having trouble maintaining lane control, according to authorities.
