Angelikah Fahray soars over life’s hurdles in new video ‘High Jump’
Never mind that the leaves are falling — Portland’s Angelikah Fahray says, “the time is now for our blooming.” The Maine alt-R&B artist doles out that soft-spoken wisdom on her new single “High Jump,” which arrived last week (October 15). The tune is a rare, completely unbothered appraisal of life as we know it: “No problems grow, my shoes scuffed up / My car on E, ain’t nothing / If times get tough, its Double Dutch / Can’t trip me up, I’m jumping,” Fahray sings on the chorus. In the accompanying video, which dropped last night, she roams a basketball court, ready to net her next success. “High Jump” is a reminder that there’s no hurdle you can’t clear — especially with a stabilized nervous system, courtesy of Fahray’s groove-laden but grounding music. Tune in below.

This Maine Fabric Warehouse Has Millions Of Yards Of Fabric And An Incredible Selection Of Discount Finds
Millions of yards of fabric are sitting in one building, waiting for someone with a sagging couch and a big idea. That number alone made me stop scrolling. The shop also stocks foam, tools, and supplies for upholstery, home decor, and quilting. Its website even has a button that lets you name your own price on bigger orders. I have so many questions, mostly about how anyone leaves with only one roll.

Hilarious Murder Mystery Theatre Spoof
Feuding theatre critics Moon and Birdboot are swept into the whodunit they’re reviewing in this hilarious spoof of Agatha Christie-esque melodrama. In the wild proceedings that follow, reality and make-believe blur, the body count rises, and no one is quite who they say they are. As mists rise around the isolated Muldoon Manor, Moon and Birdboot become ludicrously intertwined in the murderous rampage of an escaped madman.
