New art exhibit at Withers branch features caricatures

Artist David Meacham's work is on display at the Withers library branch. Meacham's sketches are caricatures.

LIBERTY — Working with the City of Liberty, William Jewell College and Mid-Continent Public Library, the Liberty Arts Commission has developed four art gallery spaces in Liberty that offer exhibits throughout the year, and the library gallery has new art on display.

Artist David Meacham's work is now on display at the Mid-Continent Public Library - Withers Branch, 1665 S. Withers Road.
